What did you hear? (Often we hear things that were’t even said as God gives assignments personally! What do you believe God would have you take away from your time with Him)
Look back over Psalm 23. It is easy to overlook that all is for His namesake. Discuss how our hills and valleys can be for His namesake? (The reality of this is we tend to forget our brokenness. This leads to looking elsewhere when things seem off instead of looking inward first. When that is compounded overtime it can likely be devastating in a marriage.)
What is at stake in a lack of trust in our valleys? (Truth is the Lord chooses to allow us to serve Him. This is such a privilege! How others see the Lord is often a reflection of how His people respond to Him.)
What could happen if we truly trust the promises of our Lord and walk through the valleys with no fear? (The world could see a people set apart walking in their faith!)
